It is a special wearing part for quay cranes and RTG rubber‑tyred gantry cranes. Fitted at four‑corner twist lock mechanism of spreader, this sleeve inserts into container corner casting firstly when spreader descends. It provides positioning and guidance for twist lock pin shaft, then the twist lock rotates to lock container, ensuring stable container lifting operation. Manufactured of forged 42CrMo with quenching treatment, the part features excellent wear resistance, serving as high‑frequency replacement spare part for port terminals. Each piece is protected by plastic mesh sleeve, packed in export‑oriented wooden case, together with matching accessories including bushes and pins inside, well‑protected for sea transportation.
