This overheight adapter has a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 50 tons, custom-designed for lifting over-height containers and oversized cargo including open-top containers and flat racks. It solves the insufficient lifting clearance of standard container spreaders by raising the working height to accommodate tall cargo. Compatible with container cranes, gantry cranes, reach stackers and mainstream spreaders like Bromma & ZPMC, it fits 20/40/45ft ISO standard containers. Featuring a portal frame structure, it is equipped with top lifting lugs for connecting main spreaders and twist locks at four bottom corners to lock container castings. Integrated stairs and operation platform allow convenient maintenance and twist lock operation. Widely deployed at port terminals, container yards and heavy logistics parks, it handles over-height steel materials, large machinery and open-top bulk containers. The equipment is supplied by BVEE GROUP based in Jiangsu, China.
