Design Feature
Direct Driving design with high transmission efficiency. Using hollow tube for the steel housing. Wheel material is alloy steel with proper heat treatment which is more stable and durable.
Rectangular tube structure, compact structure, convenient installation and maintenance, exquisite appearance and light weight. Use Q355B steel material(ISO EN S355, DIN ST52, ASTM A 572 Grade 50), welding specification follows ISO 15614, AWS D14.1, deflection can from 1/700 ~ 1/1000, MT or PT is requested for Fillet welding and UT is requested for joint welding.
Shoot Blasting follow ISO8501-1 SA2.5 class, roughness follow ISO 8503 G class, clearness follow 8502-3 Level II. Use top brand like Hempel, International, and Jordon's Rich zinc epoxy painting for the prime, middle layer coating. Use polyurethane topcoat for the finished layer coating. All NANTE painters are trained or inspected by NACE or FROSIO level II Inspector.
Worldwide top brand gear motor make sure the quality, IP55, F insulation class, overheat protection, manual release bar, and equipped with electro-magnetic brake.
The control panel enclosure is IP55, and wiring is base on IEC standard.
STS crane and RTG crane Maintenance
Here are some aspects to consider for the maintenance of a Bogie structure:
Bridge Structure And Trolley Travel Mechanism Maintenance
Crane's bridge structure and main metal structure should make completed inspection annually.
Check all the connected bolts, and there is forbidden to have any loose;
Check main welding line, and if there is any crack, should eradicate and reweld with good electrode, ensure the weld quality;
Should repair other main mechanisms if there is any transformation;
Crane and trolley's travel rail should be checked twice every year, and check rail's firm situation, and mutual position, adjust them if there is any difference. Should replace the rail if the rail side's abrasion more than 15% of original rail.
